Evernal Energy is a high growth energy asset manager and commodity procurer operating in Southern China.
A significant aspect of Evernal's current growth is the physical procurement of high quality coal sourced from throughout Australasia, both for itself and other end users located primarily in the Guangdong and Guangxi provinces who Evernal deals with directly and personally. Guangdong has traditionally been the largest coal importing province in China.
The demand for Evernal's coal procurement solutions by end users is currently outstripping the committed supply that Evernal has sourced. As a result of this excess demand, Evernal is actively looking to secure long-term coal supply commitments from a range of Australian coal producers and suppliers.
Evernal Energy Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 2003. Evernal's CEO is Mr Chau Kim Wa, and Mr. Ivan Zhou manages Evernal's commodity procurement operations.
Evernal is also affiliated with the company Foshan Huaheng Petroleum & Chemical Co. Ltd through some commonality in the beneficial owners of each company. Foshan Huaheng a fully privately owned company incorporated in the PRC in 1998, with Evernal's founder and CEO Mr Chau Kim Wa the majority shareholder.

Mr Chau Kim Wa - CEO
The CEO of Evernal is Mr Chau Kim Wa. Mr Chau Kim Wa has spent his entire career successfully developing a number of successful companies operating in the energy industry and located primarily in the Pearl River Delta region. In addition to his involvement in Evernal, Mr Chau's other business interests are operated through the parent company Foshan Huaheng.
Mr Ivan Zhou
Mr. Ivan Zhou manages Evernal's commodity procurement operations. Ivan has been working in the commodity procurement industry for many years and has most recently been involved in establishing Evernal's coal procurement activities in Australia and Indonesia, as well as securing the three major new power plant end users in 2011/2012 that are driving Evernal's increased demand for coal supply.
